At Flippers n' Fins Aquatics, we are committed to providing high-quality swim instruction and ensuring a positive experience for all our clients. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for private swim lessons booked through our business. Please note that the following information is provided as a general explanation and does not constitute legal advice. Customers may request a full refund or rescheduling of a lesson provided that the request is made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled lesson are non-refundable, except in cases of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Flippers n' Fins Aquatics.
In the event that a lesson is canceled by Flippers n' Fins Aquatics due to inclement weather, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered the choice to reschedule or receive a full refund. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original booking.
Please note that no refunds will be provided for missed lessons without prior communication, and lessons that are partially attended are not eligible for partial refunds. Clients are encouraged to reach out in advance if any scheduling conflicts arise.
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. By booking a lesson with Flippers n' Fins Aquatics, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
